Check-In Time: After 3 p.m. / Check-out Time: by 10 a.m.


Deposit Requirements
  • Rates are for 2010 season.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental or two nights rental, whichever is greater, is required within 14 days of making a reservation to hold them. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • There is no refund for early departure. Our guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation.

  • A security deposit is required on cabins. This must be in the form of credit card imprint, taken upon arrival, and will be charged if the cabin is not left in good order, damaged, items missing, or if the cabin has been smoked in.
Cancellations Policies
  • Cancellation of non-holiday reservations require a twenty-one (21) day notice to insure deposit refund.
    •
  • These cancellation times are effective regardless of when reservations are made (i.e., if reservation is made within the cancellation period, all deposits become non-refundable).
    •
  • All cancellations are subject to a $15 service charge.
    •
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge, plus Calif. state allowed fees.

All Cabins are non-smoking. If you must smoke, you must do so outdoors.
Pets are not permitted in cabins or cabin area.
Cabin occupancy is limited to the number of people shown on the Cabins Rate listing above.
No sleeping in tents, campers and RV's in cabin areas.
Mono County Tax: All rates are subject to a 12% Mono County Tax, for stays of less than 31 days.
Small Children: There is no charge for children under the age of two.
